Indy Tenant Rights Form Requirements

Last I heard, the senate/governor passed legislation that basically said state rental laws superseded city/county ordinances/laws and that basically killed the requirement to include the Indianapolis Tenant Rights form that Marion County said you needed to include with all new leases.
Is that accurate? Anyone know?

Shawn- that is correct..but we are still including it.  I believe there is some ongoing legal debate on the topic and Indianapolis has not explicitly waived the requirement.  I would consult with an attorney before deciding to stop using the form.
