And if their nose is still out of joint, move on. 

But before anyone starts thinking Raleigh itself is a great area, it is still fractured and even with Nike, the renewal has been super concentrated,  In other words, there is still blight in Raleigh after Nike built a huge distribution center.Lastly, I tried the route of being the leader on a renewal project on a cove here in Memphis with 14 houses.

Atlanta is just under your nose and growing like crazy at fractional prices compared to our area.  

Landscaped, re-painted, bull nosed all the corners, removed old popcorn acoustic, pushed up low ceilings, opened up the Kitchen and dining area.

That makes me think they are trying to pretend they are actually going to live there but are going to end up renting the whole place out under your nose.
