Still piling on when the boat left harbor in 2012?

I am continually amazed at what I read here...latest is a poster who wants to know if “her gc” has bid high for a small bath rehab on her first flip. Turns out she is doing the flip remotely. Who does that? I mean, what are they thinking? Is there any place where prices are not at nose bleed levels but still has jobs...jobs being just one prerequisite to making money. And first time...remote? And not knowing how much a bath rehab costs?Unbelievable. It’s as if it is better to flip and lose than to have never flipped at all.
