I am always fascinated by the emotional decisions people will make when it comes to marketing, buying, selling, etc.

Normal education in elementary & middle school consist of social studies, science, math, english etc., and I honestly couldn't tell you one significant thing I've gotten out of that and as for the more building blocks such as your ABCs and simple math may all be learned on the computer.A dream school for children, for me, would consist of Law, Accounting, Investing, Networking & Marketing.

It's an art as well as a science.

I have to play with the numbers based on the history of reo/ss closings in the neighborhood and how many are currently listed, blah, blah blah.Its not rocket science, just math.
