Hello everyone!

My name is Jon and I am a recent business management graduate from the University of WI-Whitewater.
I currently work for an insurance company, but would like to dabble and hopefully switch paths in to real estate investing. I am mostly interested in fixing and flipping and buy-and-hold rentals. However, I am new and don't have any experience, but am very eager to learn and am looking for a mentor. I live in the suburbs of Milwaukee and wanted to try my luck and see if anyone is in the area!
