The 1% rule is important to keep in mind (i.e. how much will this property rent for and will it cash flow whenever you do eventually move out).

Eventually you will have equity in the properties and money saved from cash flow where you can scale quicker.

We also hope to invest in a commercial property for our clinic eventually and rent suites out to other providers.
