My train of thought was I wanted the original hardwood to be in decent shape when/if I sell this place.

Now the big banks hire trained robots with zero authority of real knowledge.

Latest venue has been Dave and Busters in Euless Typically on the 4th Monday of the month in the evening about 6pm for networking and 7pm for training.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

Tech = possible train-wreck.

Don't get me wrong, there are some great VAs out there, but you have to find them, train them, monitor them and pay them well for them to produce anything above mediocre results. 

Some of them list training as a service.  

I've always thought that the annual Fair Housing training we always had to take in banks was stupid and almost insulting to our intelligence, but after seeing your post, I would highly recommend seeking out and taking courses on Fair Housing, ADA, and other relevant real estate-related regulatory courses.
