@Marko Kustudia To be compliant with NV laws, you are supposed to have a contact person within same county or 60 miles:  NRS 118A.260  Disclosure of names and addresses of managers and owners; emergency telephone number; service of process.Regardless of that, having a property manager for long-distance ownership is really a business best practice anyway.

Make sure that you are compliant with CFPB regs else you will eliminate a large market of note buyers since their servicer will most likely refuse to service the loan if not compliant with federal regs.Bob

The key was that the park was actually zoned MHP and was compliant with all current zoning and setback requirements.

I own a building in downtown CLE that has a 3 yr old new buildout with 12 bedrooms, 7 total full bathrooms, 1 half convenience bath located in community area.  5 bathrooms are shared with 10 bedrooms( jack and Jill layout) with 2 single bathrooms for 2 private suites with one of those suites being ADA compliant.
