@Marko Kustudia To be compliant with NV laws, you are supposed to have a contact person within same county or 60 miles: NRS 118A.260 Disclosure of names and addresses of managers and owners; emergency telephone number; service of process.Regardless of that, having a property manager for long-distance ownership is really a business best practice anyway.

@Richard HowellWhen lending on a primary residence make sure you follow all the CFPB laws such as using a licensed loan servicer, sending compliant monthly statements, collecting escrow and doing escrow analysis as well as sending 1099’s at end of yearLending more than a property is worth you can do but I would advise against it as you are putting your retirment funds at risk

The key was that the park was actually zoned MHP and was compliant with all current zoning and setback requirements.

I own a building in downtown CLE that has a 3 yr old new buildout with 12 bedrooms, 7 total full bathrooms, 1 half convenience bath located in community area. 5 bathrooms are shared with 10 bedrooms( jack and Jill layout) with 2 single bathrooms for 2 private suites with one of those suites being ADA compliant.
