MHP zoning. Adding more units

Grant Moffett

Hello,

My wife and I own a park in Hillsborough County FL. It’s 4.1 acres and has 15 mobile homes on it. We are looking into the process of potentially trying to get it rezoned for 5 more MH’s. Has anyone had experience in this county before? It would be considered a major modification. The current zoning is for MHP but it is also PD. We are just trying to figure out if this would be a waste of our time or money with this county or not. Any information would help.

Thanks!
