Some are too busy when they are getting bombarded with a lot of inquiries. 

I'm also a newbie and you can bet your last dollar, I'm going to be here bombarding the site with questions until I get my first deal, so if it annoys anyone in particular, you know what you have to do to get me to stop.

The realtor reaches out to send out a cancellation agreement he then bombards me with all these calls and emails calling me outrageous names due to me moving on with another lender. 

And, by the time the filing becomes public, they are bombarded with unsolicited lowball offers, people claiming to be offering loan modifications and credit, lawyers, real estate agents - and you. 

Just like the fake lenders out there and the bombardment of those off shore  calling and saying they are the IRS  LOL.YES I sat with many many folks who let them selves get into foreclosure and this was 2000 to 2007  good to great markets.

That said I am very unhappy when I attend a paid conference and get bombarded with sales pitches with almost no take away value and you have to spend $x to be in the club...

There is a ton of competition in the city. https://www.opendataphilly.org... makes it really easy to get data, therefore people get bombarded by wholesalers.
