Hello Jadan, iam new to this platform, but i know a developer who will give yo a 25% return in nine months.

The main drivers1) Local Inventory2) 10 year treasury(macro)3) Personal Debt levels(macro)4) Real Unemployment(not the unemployment number but real white collar job loss ratio'd to part time jobs). 5) Industry proliferation(can't tell me a tech or finance hub moves like a health hub).To tell me #2 will derive from the same inputs as it did in Sep/Oct, I'm willing to bet it won't.

1) I always use zillow to list new properties and use there platform to accept zillow applications2) Doorloop for management that includes accounting, repository for documents like leases, collect rents, tenant communications3) Received lease agreement from a lawyer

Obviously, this is just my own analysis but the new administration anticipation is the flavor of the year.I'm still yet to be fully sold that we're healthy as a country and that 100% of what we're being told will happen-- I'm betting less than 50%.

I figure stability of the platform is important and so it seems like Buildium is the runner up, but if anyone has strong opinions here I'd love to hear them.If you've made it this far, thank you so much for reading!

Because of the balance sheet is off you can certainly bet that something is wrong with the profit loss statement. 

I could have found the money I bet, but I was scared to be a landlord.

Condos are a better bet since they usually give you more freedom to rent and are easier to sell.

Some use very specific goal setting metrics, some use more general goals, there is no right answer for every person, but I am willing to bet that those that set some goals will be more successful in the upcoming year than those that do not.
