Recently read Real Estate Note Investing and just started Long Distance Real Estate Investing and feeling really inspired now.Excited to connect with you all!

He has a pretty inspiring story and is doing the CPA thing differently than anyone else I've heard of.  

Nonetheless, it was a good experience.My dad has really inspired me to start learning about real estate investing, as he had wholesaled a few properties and now has begun buying rental properties and I'd like to help him find and analyze deals.

Looks like you've had great success over the years, certainly inspiring to someone just starting out.

Often, i draw inspiration from my younger brother who passed away to cancer, years ago.

Like I said hoping maybe I just hear something new or said differently that inspires me, even if it is the same old it will just continue to help reinforce those concepts and keep me focused on what I'll do once I'm free to do what I want. 

A good idea is especially if you partner with people who could guide you on the first deal then you get to learn as well as invest.There's loads of stories on BP of people who started with less money and got the ball rolling - maybe you will see something that inspires you to get started sooner?
