I am looking for a property somewhere along the western Suffolk area like lindenhurst/Babylon/Copaigue area. 

Western states are nottttt the place for rentals right now.

Of course a few get through the crack but in Western Florida and NJ  I cant see banks giving anything away recently . 

We self-manage and I do most of the maintenance work.As I see things, the overwhelming reality of western PA in my rental market segment is that small outfits like ours are almost exclusively composed of greedy and stupid landlords who routinely lie to, steal from, and cheat their tenants as a matter of course. 

The decay of Western civilization can be seen up and down the entirety of the West coast.

I live next to Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley which are massive lakes in Western Kentucky.
