I think the best thing I did to finally get over the hump and get started was unfortunately to stop spending time on bigger pockets.    

They were so happy they didn't have to move and are excited about us being their new landlord as it seems the sellers prior were not keen on making any upkeep or simple fixes to the home.

The reason we have not mention anything to them is in the past there has seems to be a misunderstanding for us being nice for having a get together with friends and family all our treat verses being showy.
