In north carolina, you need a broker's license to do property management, so I just finished getting the license.

How are you liking NC?

I operate in the NC market but am based in Seattle, WA.

Hi, I live in Charlotte, NC and I am brand new to house hacking and real estate I have 4 rooms in my house to collect rent from and I am looking for the best software/way to collect rent/manage the property.

Recently I was in North Carolina where state wide growth has been 9% and there are 6 areas where growth is over 20%. 

This would be my first rental in NC. 

I originally think that Florida's insurance is off control, then I found the NC properties' insurance increased 40% from last year and tax will increase also.With current inflation(3%, 30%, or 300%), more and more people can't keep a home in most place although the interests maybe under 4%.
