An easy rule of thumb to get you started is that countries whose basis of law is based on British Common law usually do not have restrictions on foreigners owning land.i.e.UK, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, British and US virgin Isles, The Caymen Islands, Belize, Canada (excluding Quebec which is Napoleonic law).

Basically to live in CA one need to have good job and good education, not much different than living in hongkong or singapore.

Sure it’s going to cost more to live in NYC vs Boondocks town in middle America but is it more expensive to live in NYC vs Tokyo, London, SF, Hong Kong, Paris?

@Remington Lyman my wife deals with my tenants, they could pay me triple rent and if they talked to her like they did you you, it would be on like donkey Kong.

Even Singapore and Hong Kong are seeing a second wave of infections.  

From what i heard on "kong the wholesaling millionaires on YouTube" i can come up with estimates but that doesnt mean that the buyer wont find contractors that do them cheaper or see things that he wants to fix that i didnt.
