Hi Barney,You could always buy some outdoor toys for the kids and enroll them in "Away from Home" activities like school Football, school clubs, etc...

Account Closed Here are my thoughts: 1) While I generally agree with all that a primary res is best, esp a hack...I've always looked at it like the Football Draft....they always say take the best player available, regardless of whether it's the exact position you want or need.

From my own experience, when I was in college I was working 20-25 hours, playing football, and taking night classes one night a week for 4 hours all while having a newborn baby my final year.

Here are the complaints from neighbors: the tenant’s “guest” lives there full time, the “guest” is extremely loud (plays video games and yells loudly when watching football) and smokes marijuana (violation of the lease).

Its hard to find time to cold call while in college, as I have classes and also football.

I had them check uber/lyft (no drivers), had them ask the car rental company for a ride (can't do it), call a local taxi (phone has been disconnected), called the cleaner (I'm doing a cleaning), called handyman (I'm with my kids at football practice.)

We get top dollar for Clemson events like football games and graduation. 

They have recently got a football team which will bring a lot of people to the beach and i30 area 

It is in a nice area and he would be able to rent it out 6 weekends each year for college football games which could net 8-10k total. 

I spent 2005-2009 living a stone's throw from the park, playing football on weekends, and kickball and softball on weekdays.
