@Ricardo Jones There are a handful of very active Facebook groups that focus on investing in this area.

Ask a local real estate investing facebook group for attorney recommendations. 

Go to networking events, join every investor's Facebook group, and connect with the wholesalers who are sending deals through the group.I do business in Florida, feel free to reach out with any questions about wholesaling and flipping. 

I don't really use Facebook and didn't even think of that as a resource (out of sight, out of mind). 

I will explain.During COVID (at least in my market FL) you could rent an outdated house 15 miles from the beach and other attractions and decorate it off of Facebook marketplace for $2,000 and rake in cash. 

The facebook groups are a great place to find mentor programs and such in your local markets
