I've thought about lowballing some properties on the MLS, but wondered if I should wait until after Christmas.

I think people typically like to be settled before Christmas, so you may get someone in there for a mid-month move, but if you don't have someone the first week or so in December, I think it may mean it will be hard to fill before February- because the end of December means that people are occupied with Christmas and such and aren't allocating time to looking to move or packing stuff up.

I also have coffee mugs with my logo that I give out at christmas time.

Remember Christmas falls in the month she will be "earning" the money to pay Jan Rent.

So my wife has been bugging me to give her a list of what I want for Christmas, I don't NEED a single thing, and I guess the only things I want are some GOOD books about real estate.

About the REIA meeting, they emailed me saying that they will skip the meeting for this month due to the Christmas party but will begin again in January.

I was going to put "holiday" lights, so as not to offend anyone, but some get offended that you avoid using Xmas, or Xmas instead of Christmas.
