Additionally I had hopes of being able to complete the project for under $130 sqft for approximately 3500-4000 sqft of living space excluding the ground floor parking.

And what books/courses would you recommend for a newbie in the space to start doing research to get a good start.

Total room floor space is ~400ish sf, it that matters.

Hey everyone, I'm fairly new to the real estate investing space and right now I feel stuck.
