Hi everyone! I'm moving into the area and am looking to purchase my second property, ideally a duplex where I can live in one unit and rent the other. Does anyone have something similar that they are interested in selling?

Plenty of duplexes for sale, but like you said they usually go quikcly if they are in good shape and over asking. 2 Just popped up in the Ocean View area. The standard brick side-by-side thats so common around here. Its still a hot market, but if you come preppared to make a good offer, you can get one under contract and still be profitable, especially with interest rates so low.
