Hello BP community! I hope this post finds each of you doing well. I had a question regarding mobile home investing, have any of you done a flip on a mobile home? And if so, is the business profitable? And what books/courses would you recommend for a newbie in the space to start doing research to get a good start. Thank you all in advance for taking the time to read this.
