I had a lease option assignment case where the husband had title but wife was on the mortgage and the divorce decree said the husband had 6 months to SELL the property or the WIFE would get legal title.Husband said he owned it outright, but I checked the divorce decree and the wife said NO!

Hello Dan,There are different fees charged by different lenders and the same fees charged just with different names, lol, so yes I would always keep line items in your proforma for lender fees, legal fees and broker fees.
