He has a home in a really good area, in between elementary and jr. high schools, good access to amenities, and a quiet, working class neighborhood.

But, I`m a little bit old school, not quite up on all of the available technologies, but I`m willing to spend money for a coach to flatten the learning curve. 

Just need to get the youngest through high school and we should be good to exit the metromess.Kicking myself for not buying 3-4 years ago as acreage prices have skyrocketed in such a short time. 

Nice professional town with great schools, but that means you get a ton of competition from owner/occupants when you buy.Some of these other towns north of Frisco chances are you will get a more blue collar clientele.
