You won't want to be trying to fly under the radar or just hoping unfavorable regulations don't come into play if you've got a syndication.

Who / which banks are financing to LLC to buy single family house in Orange & Seminole county in FL? I

I’ve been out a bit already, time flies!

I am an out of state investor and flying to Columbus, OH in just over a week.

I would hope to find a good/great GC that I can still fly into the area periodically, and you’re right it’s good to have someone else that can do the checking in absence of he investor, to check up on.I’m not sure if my comments were in the direction you posted on. 

The market in CMH is crazy, I invest mostly around Cleveland Ave (C/D) and the overpriced dogsh*t is flying off the shelves.
