Columbus, OH - Building a Team

Hi BP!!

I am an out of state investor and flying to Columbus, OH in just over a week. I have a few appointments set up to meet some key people that I feel will benefit my team. However, I am still on the search for sole property management companies, small banks/lenders and contractors to meet. Does anyone have any referrals of people/companies whom you trust that meet the criteria of multifamilies of 40+ units?
