I would imagine PA will look to collect on tax sales just like at sheriff sales.

So we bought a fixer, improved it, moved and instead of selling, we rented the last one out, and by this slower method we collected rental doors.  

We are wondering if we add an extension to the house what type of permits would we have to get and possibly if anyone is familiar with how much the permit(s) may cost in the Sacramento area.

With that being said, if you get a strong tenant that has a good customer base you will be able to just sit back and collect checks every month with little interaction.

If I can close for the right price and what I have been running my models on; I would essentially be paying a smart portion of my mortgage (after I collect from roommates) which is WAY cheaper than my rent in downtown Nashville at my apartment.

I certainly would do more to try to collect.

We are looking to hold onto this property for the long haul to collect rent for decades.

How/ what systems are other using to take application, collect application fee payment, and run the background/ credit check report?
