It would be a mess.Property management company should be responsible for collecting rent, managing the tenant and the property which includes repairs and utilities.You record this transaction once when the property management company reports the monthly statement to you.I have to disagree with that, but I understand the concern.

I’m under contract now with a home that looks promising as a STR in a more up and coming area of East Tampa.We ran into appraisal issues as it completely under appraised, but myself and my realtor completely disagree with the appraisal that undervalued the home by $68k…We tried contesting the appraisal but no luck, so we requested an extension, switched lenders and am awaiting a new appraisal.
