Bonus points if it can be exported to bulk data and allow for breakdowns by studio, 1bd, 2bd, 3bd.Costar has this information but you can only search a single city at a time whereas I am needing to aggregate all at once for analysis.

Plus new huge data center being built a block away. 1950's home moved to its location, where most houses nearby are slab 3-2-2s. 3-1 with an additional 2-1 350 sq ft attic conversion.
