I am considering buying an industrial building with good numbers and 6 tenants that include motorcycle repair, motorcycle club, marble-granite shop, printing business, cabinet maker, and storage.

A kitchen remodel for example: demo can take 1 day if all you're doing is removing the existing cabinets and top.

I am more so talking about demo, plumbing, electric, windows, doors, painting, floors, tile work, bathrooms, cabinets, kitchens, carpeting, insulation, landscaping.

A contractor wouldn't have seen that because we weren't replacing the cabinet's or sink.On a flip I get an inspection because your buyer will get an inspection.

But, MLS does not have any recent sales of that type of house with all the copper stolen, a leaking roof, rotted carpet and wrecked out cabinets. 

Keep the cabinets with a fresh coat of paint.
