Buying an industrial building next to airport extension planned

I am considering buying an industrial building with good numbers and 6 tenants that include motorcycle repair, motorcycle club, marble-granite shop, printing business, cabinet maker, and storage.  According to tenants, O'Hare is extending very close to this business very soon with in one or two years and these plans are already final.  Would you recommend buying that close to airport, with all potential noise.  This building has been on sale for almost a year.  Please give your thoughts.
