I now make it a point to budget for all potential expenses and have a reserve fund set aside for unexpected costs. 

I'm a 24-year-old man that's determined and ambitious and that wants to be extremely successful in all endeavors of life.

Do keep in mind, we are not approaching this from a purely investment standpoint.

However, the buyer might click just to see "what this ad is all about" or to check if you have properties for sale.

@Stewart Morrison I think it all really depends.

I know at NW we are all licensed agents and that does make a difference because we have access to resources some wholesalers we don't have and of course, litigation.... we not only want to operate ethically and morally, but there are real consequences to not. 

My thought is that we open a new LLC to run all property management activities (for existing rental property and cottage) along with new bank account, etc. for all activities.
