With the caveat that he doesn't have to purchase a CapEx items early based on monthly set-asides or rehab a trashed property beyond normal wear and tear.So in Joe's defense, your question is asking for "Net Cash Flow" which will include the need to factor in all cash initially invested being out of the deal.

You should contact the hospital's human resources and see if they use traveling nurses and how they find housing in the area for those employees.You can look on furnished finder and Airbnb (set minimum duration to 30 or 60 days) to see what kinds of rents people are getting for providing furnished premises.

I have never done a land trustWe have a living revocable trust that we set upHonestly I should have done it 15 years ago but did it like 6 years ago.I do not see the need for a land trust unless you are a politician, actor or athlete (someone who is famous).I have done business with multiple billionaires (not bragging but trying to make my point) including several that owned professional sports teams - and even they did not use land trusts…
