The house could use some small cosmetic touch up, like paint in the upstairs rooms, but the kitchen is nice, granite countertops, nice appliances, the washer and dryer isn't new but that didn't seem to be a problem when others have come to rent the rooms.I wouldn't mind making this a rental for me, while I focus on getting a condo for my family.

Down Unit has 2 nice sized bedrooms, full bath, large living room with fireplace, kitchen and plenty of storage and nice front porch!

I like tile in the kitchens and baths if we are doing the installation, but have put the laminate in two kitchens.

He never saw the house, never inspected it, never rehabbed it, just bought it as-is and continued taking payments from the previous tenet.About 1 year ago (August 2018), my wife and I moved in and started rented from the landlord.While it has been nice renting this place, and the landlord has made things really easy for us, the truth is that the house is severely out-dated esthetically and could definitely use some upgrades functionally.For example, the kitchen is filled with ugly yellow-brown cabinets, tile countertops.

I always have the carpets professionally cleaned, bathrooms and kitchen cleaned, and walls touched up or painted anyway without charging it back to the tenant at move out but you want to start with things in decent condition.
