I have just finished rehabbing a duplex in the Dallas - Fort Worth area and I am working to get it tenanted, but my insurance company just informed me that they are dropping my insurance due to non-occupancy next week.

About 3 weeks ago i applied for cash out refinance on my fully paid for 3 unit rental property in Fort Myers Florida.  

I'm visiting Fort Lauderdale in a few weeks with the family and wanted to meet up with some like minded individuals while I'm in the area.

As the judge said, it was a well intentioned effort with "laudable goals", but IMO simply impractical to execute.Our system of checks and balances works as it should in Seattle and Washington state (not so sure about the other Washington).
