I have just finished rehabbing a duplex in the Dallas - Fort Worth area and I am working to get it tenanted, but my insurance company just informed me that they are dropping my insurance due to non-occupancy next week. I'm looking for a investor friendly insurance company or agent to get a new policy. Recommendations??

I use REIGuard for all my real estate insurance.  They're great for investors.  You can choose to only cover ACV.  They're month to month, so you can cancel if you sell property and not be paying for minimum months you don't need.  They also send you one portfolio bill every month with reminder to make any changes.  Also, cover vacant property which many do not.
