New from Dallas-Fort Worth

Hi Everyone,
I have been reading the forums for a few months now and finally decided to join. I am hoping to make some good contacts and soak up as much knowledge as possible! I currently hold a CPA license and work for a Big 4 accounting firm in Dallas, TX. During my time in public accounting, I have worked on numerous banking, asset management, and real estate clients, which sparked my interest in real estate investing. Last year I purchased and remodeled a HUD home, which I am currently living in, and plan on flipping or keeping it as a rental once I find another property that peaks my interest.
