Most if not all the platforms have SFR rehab offerings, whether 1 SFR or an SFR fund.

Should anyone from the South Texas area wish to arrange a Cash Flow 101 game, I would gladly be willing to setup a game at a local venue to chat and learn about our investing habits.  

I'm still making really good deals here and there, but I'm having a lot more pie in the sky type chats with people, and the deals that I'm getting need some real work to make winners. 

I registered to this platform to get wide and wise insights from peers and the most knowledgeable people who have walked their way in order to be successful myself. 

I say keep consistent with Cozy and if you start to get into high rental property numbers you can move into a bigger and better platform. 

Hello to all.Life is too short to deal with bad servicers, bad lenders and companies that don't care.Servicing should be simple from the clients perspective...and it should offer the client a combination of great CS, confidence in their operations and a solid, interactive technology platform.
