The more tools in the tool belt the more deals you can close.Also check out Bing paid searches.

Craigslist is a powerful tool to get a real world picture of what the max is that you can charge for rent.

Definitely do your due diligence on syndication, as it is a fantastic tool to use.

Also, if you need to evict someone, you essentially have no rent for maybe a few months as well as legal and court fees.As far as taxes go, that's public information, and Brevard County's Tax Assessor has a search tool on their website (top right) here: https://www.bcpao.us/paohome.aspYou can search by address, owner's name, and several other fields.

They do all have the proper hearths, screens & tools.

I don't know about that, so why don't you use this free tool?
