looking for insight and recommendations for company's or individuals in Massachusetts or nationally who handle web design specifically for realtors . my wife is starting her real estate agent career and we looking to start to build her brand . but we not proficient enough to do the site ourselves .  

If you need appreciation to make the numbers work, you're gambling.

If you don't have access to enough cash flow and asserts to back the gamble.

Some value investors will pay cash with a primary term lease coming in a few years and gamble that the option will be renewed.CVS can have rent holidays you need to watch out for at the end of the lease.

You have to research using the county web site and ascertain more info about a parcel before you bid.   

But I'm 62 & I can't afford, (like who could or should or can) to Gamble!

The problem i'm having is where to start, with all the info on the web and unlimited info on BP I still ask myself where do I start first, fix and flip, wholesale ect?

I work from home selling comcast cable , web design and interior design so my schedule is flexible and will allow me to do all the legwork put in some sweat equity as well as I can paint, tile, hire contractors...Anyone interested in doing a flip with me?
