Advice for Web Design

looking for insight and recommendations for company's or individuals in Massachusetts or nationally who handle web design specifically for realtors . my wife is starting her real estate agent career and we looking to start to build her brand . but we not proficient enough to do the site ourselves .  want a polished professional looking site with out breaking the bank .  any advice input or ideas would be greatly  appreciated

@Mike Hurney Haha, it may be too lengthy and it is not performing well, though the site is less than two months since being live. 

I was more speaking to @Tony D. about the layout and functionality. Hers will be a realtor page and much different in general, I think.
