As we ALL Know, investing in Real Estate can make you Rich. And as We ALL Know You can Lose a Lot more than Your Shirt! One of those reasons is all of the Scams there are out there. Even those who have a Brokers License, or a Real Estate License have been caught in more than one Scam. This is why, being Trained & Educated with a Legal License can help you in a lot of ways to avoid those paths of ruin. And make it easier not to lose your shirt, or worse in jail! It is REALLY NICE to know What Your Doing, and it's Also NICE, to know How & What to Avoid! That's why I am going to get that "License". It would seem to me spending $400-$1,500. for that "License" can, & probably will, save me a Lot more $Money$, (have already spent that & more), than hearing some con who hasn't been caught yet, talk about how much Money you can make (which you can & NOT Break the Law), when I and MANY other People could have avoided it all, and with a lot more money left in there pockets! Hay, I'm not saying it can't be done, because it can. But MOST of those that did; had a LOT of Money, and again but even fewer, some got LUCKY, like the LOTTO, You know, "Right Place at the Right Time! But I'm 62 & I can't afford, (like who could or should or can) to Gamble! Thank You, & Please Remember there is REALLY a LOT to be said for the Education of "Safe & Sane"!
