Since this is your first time, I suggest you get the 45-minute (EZ Sand) variety.

I just like to look at all the different ideas and concepts people have on a variety of housing; and see what's going on in other places, etc. 

I agree that it would be helpful for people who have done a variety of the types of passive investments mentioned so that they can really compare and contrast their own returns.So in your experience you did better with syndication over notes?
