I just have one concern, social media travels like wildfire, especially a negative post: What if an unhappy tenant leaves a bad review on my business's FB page?

I guess I'm just worried that with my travel schedule (I'm on the road a lot for work) that I wouldn't have the time and ability to be there in-person.

I do look at military with decent credit differently as they do receive a housing allowance, food allowance, and other support systems like medical, etc., so would consider an exception.  

About the only way i would invest in another place i would use an experienced and trustworthy Turnkey company and not have any travel expense and know everything will be taken care of by a turnkey company.

I currently work in the power industry as a project manager - I travel about 250 days a year, but I'm trying to take on more RE investments so that I do not have to travel as much.

From traveling and bringing them in through luggage, from purchasing new or used furniture and delivered with a truck that was infested by removing old furniture and delivering new.

For our guests, we see employees are booking through their company travel site and then choosing locations closest to business meetings/work.  

We will be traveling there next week in fact and I will try to learn a bit more about some of the markets.

Bookkeeping has become tedious lately and this is a first step in the right direction.I would imagine a great card for this purpose wouldn't also be a great travel card?
