New to BP from Boston and Cape Cod, Massachusetts

Hello all!

New to BP and I wanted to introduce myself! I've been viewing the forums ever since I read J Scott's books on flipping a few years back, but only just came around to making a profile! Currently working on listening to every BP podcast - from #1 on (only a few hundred to go).

I grew up on Cape Cod, but I now live in Boston, MA. I'm looking for investment opportunities in both of those areas and Plymouth country as well!

I currently work in the power industry as a project manager - I travel about 250 days a year, but I'm trying to take on more RE investments so that I do not have to travel as much. Right now, I'm really interested in meeting like minded people, learning about different types of available investments, creating a plan that best suites me and going forward with that!
