I currently work as a structural engineer but now looking to transition into real estate investing.

Currently I am looking to transition from being a professional poker player for the past 12 years to finding my niche in the RE industry.

My transition into real estate evolved from afternoon dates looking at open houses with my husband to buying our first home and later buying/renovating/flipping a second home in GA.My husband @Joshua McGinnis has been bugging me to join BP for quite some time now.

I believe you can start with a 4 plex and eventually transition to 8 plexes etc...  

How long did it take you transition to this level?

That's already 4 months gone before I can hopefully achieve a high level of saturation/smoothness with various paid/free marketing methods given my experience/resources/time.That only leaves 2.5 months to hopefully hit enough traction with all these methods that I'm getting enough deal throughput to make my transition out of my mom's place an awesome one instead of a really rough one.Then we must remember Mr.

My husband and I have owned our automotive repair business for 12 years and would like to transition out of it in the next 5 years. 

I might be more excited if there was a concrete plan to improve traffic and mass transit with it.
