New member from Boulder, CO

Hello everyone!

I'm Rob Duncan, and I'm a newb here at BP. I am excited to be joining the community and am looking forward to getting involved. My wife and I have recently relocated to the Boulder area from Breckenridge, CO. Currently I am looking to transition from being a professional poker player for the past 12 years to finding my niche in the RE industry. I have worked for both of my parents in the past in differing capacities as one is a residential realtor and one is in commercial so I do have a knowledge base. Would really like to learn more about the market in Colorado and how to get involved.

I am just completing the sale of a home I purchased with my Mom and am looking for investment ideas in the front range of Colorado. Would love to meet some folks in the area to build a network. Any of you out there please say hi!
