Hi Everyone! I'm Catherine McGinnis. I have been a realtor with Keller Williams in Beverly Hills for a year and half. Prior to becoming an agent, I had a successful career as a Special Ed teacher working with children with Autism at the New England Center for Children in Southborough, Massachusetts. 

My transition into real estate evolved from afternoon dates looking at open houses with my husband to buying our first home and later buying/renovating/flipping a second home in GA.

My husband @Joshua McGinnis has been bugging me to join BP for quite some time now. After closing my first investor client from BP and listening to several podcasts, I have decided to join and participate in this amazing community.

I am looking forward to absorbing as much info as I can from this forum as well contributing and connecting with the community, investors, vendors and anyone else in the Los Angeles area who would like to connect.
