Does anyone know of a lender that provides loans (specifically a cash out refinance) for properties that are deviated as college student rentals or SROs?

All of the benefits of an investment specific underwrite with non of the red tape of conventional loan! 

Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy).

I certainly led me to thinking that residential assisted living homes (RALs) may be a valid venture to dive into over the next few years.That being said, I am interested in connecting with anyone who has had any experience with RALs, and similar types of settings, specifically within the states of New York and New Jersey. 

So putting the video game controllers up a certain way, arranging the basketballs and board games a specific way, having a power consumption monitor on that specific TV, etc.

You will have to reseatch the specifics of your area but in most areas the longer stays need a lease vs. a short term rental agreement.
