(That's how we vote on 1000s of pages of legislation none of our representatives have fully read or understood). 

So of course, CPA should be consulted, etcWe were able to use $10k of our IRA as a down payment for first time home buying and that from what I understood, carried less fees.

I never understood why getting a loan was so hard at that time.

Maybe I need more volume of clients..... but I can take a look if you want and put it in front of 5 lenders I know are doing COsLenders are tightening up, but it understood when we just had a Major and Unsustainable Inflation.

I don't think anyone should and nobody would if they either had the money to purchase, time to purchase, or understood how to purchase with no funds of their own.
